Job Description

Staffing Texas is looking for a Lubricant Blender in the New Caney area!

Lubricant Blender Responsibilities:

• Conduct GEL Proprietary Formula product blending based on Blend Sheets

• Retrieve raw materials from:

o GEL Tank farm through piping and/or hoses

o GEL raw materials in totes, drums, or 5gallon pails

o Adhere product labels to package

• Conduct Weekly Inventory Count for Accounting

• Operate a forklift handling 2500# liquid containers

• Operating a manual blending system

• Must be able to document each step of the blend

• Must be proficient with calculator

• Moving 55 gallon drums manually

• Apply batch and product labels to containers

• Transfer liquids from one container to another

• Palletizing packaged product

• Filling Containers, pails, drums, totes and tanks

• Recall completed work of the previous days

• Clean up and follow shut down procedures each day

• Removing empty drums to outside collection area

• Any mechanical skills and use of hand tools a plus.
