Lube Technician
Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance by providing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, foundational mechanical skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services on a wide range of vehicles

Check and replenish fluids including coolant, transmission, power steering, and brake fluid

Inspect and replace air filters, cabin air filters, and windshield wiper blades

Rotate tires and assess tire condition, tread depth, and pressure

Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately report findings to service advisors

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Comply with all safety procedures and environmental regulations

Support team members and assist with other shop duties as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Comfortable working in hot or cold environments, depending on season
Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in automotive maintenance or mechanical service preferred

Basic understanding of automotive systems and proficiency with hand tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
