Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The Leasing Agent will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and is responsible for showing rental properties, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This role plays a key part in maintaining high occupancy rates and providing exceptional service to residents.

Greet prospective tenants and provide guided tours of available units.
Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in person about property features, pricing, and availability.
Maintain knowledge of current apartment availability, pricing, and lease terms.
Assist applicants with leasing paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants.
Maintain marketing materials and online listings to attract potential renters.
Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
Follow up with prospective tenants and nurture leads to maximize occupancy.
Address resident concerns and provide outstanding customer service.
Ensure units are show-ready and coordinate with maintenance for necessary repairs or cleaning.
