Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety protocols. This role involves working on construction sites, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Utilize hand tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Work with low voltage systems including security alarms, fire alarms, and communication systems.
Collaborate with other trades on construction projects to ensure timely project completion.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.

Job Requirements

Must have a minimum of five years experience in commercial setting
Must have valid Journeyman's License
Must have Valid Driver License
