Staffing Texas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative in the New Caney area!

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

· Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Payrate--$16-$18 / DOE
