Job Description

NOW HIRING: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $23/hr+ DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with CNC, electrical troubleshooting, and metal fabrication experience to step into a lead role.

Responsibilities:

* Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities

* Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and plumbing systems

* Repair CNC machines, welding equipment, and hydraulic presses

* Mentor junior technicians and maintain maintenance records

* Ensure OSHA compliance and recommend equipment improvements

Requirements:

* 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing

CNC and PLC troubleshooting experience

* Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools

* Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

* Knowledge of coolant, dust collection, and compressed air systems

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a plant environment
