NOW HIRING: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Conroe, TX

Starting Pay: $23 an hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours

We’re looking for a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have experience with CNC machines, electrical troubleshooting, and metal fabrication equipment, this is your chance to step into a lead role where your expertise truly matters.

Key Responsibilities Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

Repair CNC machines, welding equipment, and hydraulic presses Mentor junior technicians & provide technical guidance Maintain accurate maintenance logs & inspection records Ensure OSHA compliance & safe work practices Recommend upgrades to improve equipment Performance

Requirements 5+ years maintenance experience (manufacturing/metal shop preferred) Strong CNC & PLC troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools Welding/fabrication experience is a plus Knowledge of coolant systems, dust collection & compressed air systems Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a plant environment
