Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright needed in the Conroe Area!

Job Description for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright:

Perform a wide variety of general building, facility, and machine maintenance repairs and services.
Perform preventative maintenance and minor to major repairs on forklifts, vehicles, cranes, and machinery.
Install light bulbs, doors, cabinets, paneling, bulletin boards, etc..
Coordinate special projects as directed by Management.
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
Responsible for alerting Management of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

Previous experience performing general equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using hand tools

Skills

Ability to read and interpret instructions.
Ability to read and write.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
Experience using hand tools

Pay Rate for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright is $24-$29 hr.
