Job Description

NOW HIRING: Inbound Call Center Representative
Location: Conroe, TX ( This is NOT a remote position)
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Schedule: Open availability required for an 8-hour shift between:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: OFF
 
Job Summary:
We’re looking for motivated and professional Inbound Call Center Representatives to join a busy contact center in Conroe, TX! If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and love helping customers—this is the role for you!
 
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally
Provide account, sales, and technical support
De-escalate issues and ensure positive customer experiences
Troubleshoot product-related problems
Document calls and maintain detailed records
Stay current with product/service knowledge
 
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year call center experience (in the last 3 years)
Must be flexible with schedule
Excellent verbal & written communication
Top-notch customer service & conflict resolution skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
Ability to stay calm under pressure
