Job Description

NOW HIRING: Heavy Equipment Mechanic (AM Shift)

Conroe, TX

Pay: $28 – $38/hr (based on experience)

We’re looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team on the AM shift! If you have experience working on large equipment and enjoy hands-on mechanical work, this is a great opportunity.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)

3+ years of experience with heavy equipment or industrial machinery

Strong knowledge of:

Hydraulics

Drivetrains

Braking systems

Cooling & steering systems

Ability to diagnose and repair equipment using manuals & tools

Experience removing/installing major components

Ability to read diagrams & service manuals

Knowledge of safety practices (lockout/tagout

)

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with full equipment teardown & rebuild

Rebuilding drivetrains, gearboxes, hydraulics, etc.

Experience with electric drive equipment

Skilled with precision measurement tools (micrometers, dial indicators)

Background in remanufacturing or rebuild operations

Work Environment

Shop-based heavy equipment rebuild environment

Lift up to 75 lbs

Work with cranes, rigging, and large assemblies

Stand, bend, climb, and work around large components
