Job Description

NOW HIRING: Heavy Equipment Electrician – 24V Electrical Systems

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: DOE (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Electrician with experience working on heavy equipment electrical systems. This position is focused on 24V electrical systems only — this is not a high-voltage electrician role.

The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical components on heavy equipment, construction equipment, mining equipment, or off-road machinery.

Responsibilities:

* Diagnose, repair, and install 24V electrical systems on heavy equipment

* Troubleshoot wiring, electrical components, sensors, switches, and control systems

* Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

* Install and repair wiring harnesses and electrical components

* Test and verify electrical systems for proper operation

* Use diagnostic tools and multimeters to identify electrical faults

* Work alongside mechanical technicians on equipment builds and repairs

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of relevant electrical experience preferred

* Experience as an automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial electrician

* Strong knowledge of 24V electrical systems

* Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools

* Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical manuals

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Valid Texas Driver’s License required

* Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR review

Preferred Experience:

* Heavy equipment, construction, mining, or off-road equipment experience

* Wiring and servicing equipment operator cabs

* Experience with CAN bus systems, telematics, cameras, and electronic controls
