Job Description

NOW HIRING: HVAC Technician

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Pay: DOE (Based on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

* Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment

* Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

* Install, service, and replace HVAC components

* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

* Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance

* Complete work orders and maintenance records

* Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards

Qualifications:

* HVAC certification required (EPA Certification required; additional certifications preferred)

* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience

* Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs

* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

* Knowledge of HVAC electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems

* Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
