Anderson, TX
AM Shift
Full-Time

Looking for a hands-on outdoor role? We’re hiring a Grounds Worker / Spotter to help keep operations running smoothly and safely!

What You’ll Do:
• Keep the site clean by collecting windblown debris & large items
• Direct customers safely to disposal areas
• Inspect incoming loads for prohibited materials
• Maintain safe traffic flow around equipment
• Support team communication & assist the public when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and attend trainings

What You Bring:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to complete required waste screening training

Work Environment:
• Outdoor setting with uneven terrain
• Exposure to varying temperatures & materials
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
