Job Description

NOW HIRING: GRINDER (Night Shift)

Plantersville, TX

$18/hour + Overtime Available

Night Shift:

2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Reliable Transportation Required

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Grinder to join our manufacturing team!

The ideal candidate has hands-on grinding experience and strong attention to detail

. This role is essential in preparing and finishing metal components to meet quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate hand grinders & power tools safely

Grind, smooth, and finish metal surfaces

Remove excess material, burrs & weld splatter from pipes

Inspect finished products for quality standards

Read and follow blueprints & work orders

Maintain a clean & organized work area

Follow all safety policies & procedures

Work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

Previous hand grinding experience REQUIRED

Pipe grinding experience preferred

Ability to work night shift

Reliable transportation

Ability to stand for extended periods

Lift up to 50 lbs

Strong work ethic & attention to detail

Team player with independent work ability
