Job Description

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Shift: Must be available to work AM and PM shifts

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our team. This position requires individuals who can handle physical tasks, follow safety guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Duties:

*Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, loading, and moving materials.

*Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.

*Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

Equipment Handling:

*Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed.

*Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery.

Warehouse & Production Support:

*Load and unload materials, supplies, or finished products.

*Assist in packing, labeling, and stacking items.

Physical Requirements:

*Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

*Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.

*Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

No prior experience required – we provide training!

Must be available to work AM and PM shifts as needed.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Willingness to follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
