Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Flux Core Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform Flux Core welding on various metal components
Fit, align, and assemble parts according to blueprints
Read and interpret welding drawings and measurements
Set up and operate welding equipment safely
Inspect welds and finished products for quality
Use hand and power tools as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Previous Flux Core welding and fitting experience required
Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
Experience with measuring tools and hand/power tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Must be able to pass required screening
