Job Description

MULTIPLE Finish Operator positions available for a leading manufacturing company in Navasota, TX. These Finishing positions are urgent hires and long-term job opportunities!

Responsibilities of the Finish Operator position:

Prepare first offs and audits of parts
Rework parts if needed after final inspection
Complete the finishing process to get the parts ready for shipping
Keep parts segregated by job number, ensuring all parts follow appropriate SOPs and processes

Job Requirements

Must have great attention to detail.
Must be able to work rotating day/night shifts.
Must be able to work 10 - 12 hour shifts
