Job Description

Now Hiring: Fabricator/Welder

Conroe, TX
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team in Conroe, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication knowledge, the ability to read drawings, and experience working with measuring tools and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to drawings, work scopes, specifications, and verbal instructions.
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and fabrication documents.
Use proper equipment, tooling, and measuring devices to complete projects accurately.
Maintain advanced measurement accuracy and quality standards.
Operate forklift as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and procedures while wearing required PPE.
Stay productive during downtime and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and background in welding and fabrication concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a team.
Advanced measuring skills and experience using measuring devices.
Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand/walk for an 8-hour workday.
Forklift experience preferred.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
