NOW HIRING: Experienced Sandblaster – 1st Shift

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: $18/hour

Shifts: 1st Shift | Must be able to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Are you an experienced sandblaster looking to join a hardworking and reliable team?

Staffing Texas is seeking a skilled Sandblaster for a production facility in Conroe, TX

. This is a great opportunity to put your sandblasting skills to work in a full-time, fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Perform sandblasting operations to clean and prepare metal surfaces

Safely lift and move raw materials and finished parts

Inspect and maintain sandblasting equipment before use

Operate basic machinery and tools as trained

Read work instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately

Work with production and quality teams to improve efficiency and output

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on sandblasting experience – REQUIRED

Ability to work overtime and variable shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours)

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physically fit and able to handle repetitive, manual tasks
