NOW HIRING: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

The Woodlands, TX

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, be comfortable working with numbers, and have excellent Excel skills.

Requirements:

Strong data entry skills — high-volume data entry

Excellent with numbers and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable answering phones and assisting visitors

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office

Perform high-volume data entry

Enter and maintain numerical information accurately

Assist with Excel spreadsheets and reports

Provide general administrative support
