Job Description

Job Opening: Apprentice Electrician

Location: Conroe, TX

Shift: AM Shift Pay: $18.00/hour

Industry: Electrical / HVAC Installation

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Potential

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to assist with the installation and wiring of HVAC units. This hands-on role is ideal for someone eager to build their electrical skills in a fast-paced work environment. If you're dependable, a quick learner, and ready to grow in the trades—this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and electrical wiring of HVAC systems

Read and follow blueprints or schematics as directed

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

Support licensed electricians on-site as needed

Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety guidelines

Requirements:

Apprentice Electrician License (or working toward one preferred)

Previous electrical or HVAC experience is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Must be punctual and team-oriented
