Job Description

Experienced Dispatcher needed in The Woodlands area! This candidate must be flexible and able to work any shift that is pre-scheduled during the hours of operations 7 days a week 365 days a year. This position is expected to work 40 to 50 scheduled hours per week. This is an outstanding opportunity with a well established organization in the telecommunications industry.

Description and Requirements for Dispatcher:

*Balance dispatch load throughout the day

*Review service orders, trouble tickets

*Screen and analyze repair tickets

*Communicate and coordinate with outside service technicians and other departments

*Dispatch technicians to job sites

*Investigate status of customer request for installation or repair

*Must have a High school diploma or GED

*Must have excellent and proven customer service skills

Dispatcher Compensation Rate $15.84
