Seeking a Dispatcher to take reservations and coordinate services for a company in Bryan, TX. This Dispatcher position is a LONG TERM job opportunity with a LEADING company here in Bryan, TX.

Responsibilities of the Dispatcher Position

Answer inbound calls and schedule advanced and same day services.
Maintain constant communication with service operators in regards to customer concerns.
Keep service appointments updated and operators informed of any changes.
Ensure each customer is aware of charges and the service process and assist with any problem resolutions.

Job Requirements

Proficient in operating computers and Windows programs.
Able to operate multi-line phones.
Customer service experience preferred.
