Now Hiring: Customer Service / Clerical Assistant

Location: Spring, TX

Pay: Starting at $15/hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• One weekday off (flexible)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Customer Service / Clerical Assistant to join our team in Spring, TX! This role combines customer service, data entry, and light outdoor work. If you're organized, personable, and ready to pitch in wherever needed — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls professionally

• Perform accurate data entry, invoicing, and record keeping

• File and organize documents

• Assist customers in person — including showing trailers outdoors

• Support with typing, scanning, and general clerical tasks

Qualifications:

Strong typing and computer skills

Prior customer service or office experience is a plus

Comfortable working Saturdays

Willing to assist outdoors when needed

Excellent communication and attention to detail
