Community Operations Manager needed in Cleveland

The Community Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the core functions of the community, which include but are not limited to sales/marketing, customer service, operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. A strong leader who is an effective multitasker and goal oriented needed. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Maintain direct and open communication with CEO and team members

Establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with existing and new customers in a highly productive sales-driven environment

Oversee all aspects of property management, supervise and direct the effectiveness of community systems

Manage, coach and mentor a team of administrative, customer service/sales, marketing and general maintenance staff

Work with independent contractors and subcontractors to preserve the beauty and safety of the community by ensuring that property grounds are being maintained at a functional and high aesthetic level

Oversee resident relations and conflict management regarding Property Owner issues


Position Requirements:

Bilingual ability is a must (English/Spanish)

5 years of property management, construction, or real estate in an operational leadership role

Ability to engage professionally with clients, subcontractors and skilled trades

Strong managerial/supervisory skills and assertive interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently in fast paced environments

Good time-management skills, with a sense of urgency to get things done and meet deadlines

Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision

Great follow-up, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail skills

Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Skills

Availability to work extended hours as needed including weekends and/or holidays
