Job Description

Position: Production Operator I – NIGHTS (Combi-Lift Operator)
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour + $1.00/hour night shift differential
Training: Train on day shift for approximately one month
Shift: Night shift (based on workload)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Production Operator I to operate a Combi-Lift forklift during the night shift in a busy production environment. Candidates must be safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to train on day shift initially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Combi-Lift forklift to move materials safely and efficiently

  • Load and unload materials based on production needs

  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks

  • Keep accurate inventory records when needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating a Combi-Lift or similar multi-directional forklift

  • Must be available for night shift and flexible scheduling

  • Completion of day shift training

  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
