Coating Inspector

Pay: $18.75 per hour
Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays Required)

Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overnight Shift (Vacation Coverage): 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated Production Workers to join our team! This role involves performing various tasks in production while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Employees are trained in multiple production areas, offering opportunities for growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all safe work practices & procedures
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
Carry out verbal and written instructions from the Foreman
Ensure timely job completion to meet shipping deadlines
Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and report any issues
Set up, adjust, and operate basic machine tools
Read and interpret work instructions and execute tasks accordingly
Work with quality and production teams to improve processes

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Quality control experience in a production environment
Familiarity with:

Abrasive blasting
Liquid or powder coating
Inspection equipment (Mil gauge, calipers, micrometers, psychrometer, contact pyrometer, holiday detection, etc.)

Requirements:

Must be able to read & write in English
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
