NOW HIRING: Ceramic Raw Material Operator

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: Starting at $14/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend – Off Friday through Sunday!

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ceramic Raw Material Operator. This hands-on role supports ceramic production by preparing, processing, and inspecting raw materials to ensure top-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials based on specific formulas

Operate kilns, mixers, and ceramic production machinery

Store and label raw materials properly

Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality control

Assist with glazing, decorating, or testing ceramic components

Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Prior experience in a manufacturing/production setting preferred

Basic math and measurement skills

Strong attention to detail and safety

Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
