Job Description
Staffing Texas is searching for a supportive Call Center Supervisor for an outstanding company in the Bryan area! The ideal candidate must have strong computer knowledge, be able to answer multi-line phones, communicate efficiently with others, and have recent supervisory experience.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Call Center Supervisor
- Responsible for daily routes and all appointment reservations
- Supervise all dispatchers
- Perform employee evaluations and interviews
- Maintain professional customer/employee relations
- Assist dispatchers with any and all requested information
