Call Center Customer Service Representatives
Job Description
Call Center Customer Service Representatives needed who can answer high volume inbound calls, assist customers with account or technical issues, provide excellent customer support and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES of the Call Center Customer Service Representative:
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints
- Provide account, sales, and technical support to customers while ensuring positive customer experience
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
REQUIREMENTS of the Call Center Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year experience in a high volume inbound call center within the last three years
- Ability and equipment to work remotely
- Ability to work shift work including days, evenings, and Saturdays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor composure when handling escalated
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
