Job Description

Inbound Call Center Reps needed! *This is NOT a remote position* Location is in Conroe, TX

Inbound Call Center Representatives needed who can answer high volume calls, assist customers with account or technical issues, provide excellent customer support and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.

Pay rate starting at $17.00/hour

Hours are M-F 7am-5pm, Sat 7am-4pm, off on Sunday.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

*Handle customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints

*Provide account, sales, and technical support to customers while ensuring positive customer experience

*Provide information about the products and services

*Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

*Document and update customer records based on interactions

*Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

**REQUIREMENTS**

*High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

*Minimum of one year experience in a high volume inbound call center within the last three years

*Ability to work shift work including days, evenings, and weekends

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers

*Excellent time management and organizational skills

*Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor composure when handling escalated calls
