Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team! 
You'll be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components with maximum precision and efficiency. 
This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, blueprint reading, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Create and optimize CNC programs using SheetCam, CAMProX, CAMPlus, and AutoCAD
Translate 2D/3D engineering drawings into machine-readable formats
Program and support the following machines:
ESAB Table Router (2-axis) KOMO Table Router (2-axis) Onsrud Table Router (2-axis) Onsrud X Series (5-axis) Emmegi (5-axis)
Collaborate with machine operators to troubleshoot issues
Optimize toolpaths, maintain version control & post-processors
Ensure accuracy, safety, and material efficiency
Support prototyping and new design implementation
Review and revise programs for improvements
Document procedures and maintain CNC libraries
Preferred Qualifications Technical certification or Associate’s degree preferred 2+ years of CNC programming experience Proficient in AutoCAD, SheetCam, CAMProX, and CAMPlus Strong blueprint and CAD reading skills
Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
Experience with 2-axis and 5-axis programming
Safety-first mindset and manufacturing best practices
Strong problem-solving and time management Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
