Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Pipe Profiler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to fabricate and profile pipes according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of precision machining, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. The CNC Pipe Profiler will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Duties

Operate CNC machines to profile and cut pipes with precision.
Utilize laser cutting techniques to achieve desired shapes and dimensions.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Employ precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in production.
Perform setup and calibration of CNC equipment prior to operation.
Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Fabricate and assemble components as required by production schedules.
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in machining processes.
