Job Description

Now Hiring CNC / Beam Saw Operator

Location: Kingwood, TX

Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Overtime: May be required based on production needs

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC / Beam Saw Operator to join a commercial casework and architectural millwork team. This position will operate CNC routers and beam saw equipment to produce high-quality millwork components accurately, safely, and efficiently while meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities

* Operate and set up CNC routers and beam saw equipment

* Use Cut Rite optimization software and machine controls to maximize material yield

* Load materials and verify programs before machining

* Read shop drawings, cut lists, and production paperwork

* Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy

* Perform daily machine inspections, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and tooling changes

* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs

* Maintain accurate production and labor tracking
