Duties involve, but are not limited to:  

-Processing accounts payable, credit card transactions, bank and credit card reconciliations 

-Performing bookkeeper functions by calculating, posting, and managing accounting figures and financial records  

-Processing payroll for payroll service  

-Managing day-to-day human resources responsibilities 

-Maintaining human resources records 

-Displaying a strong work ethic while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality 



-High School diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred 

-Previous bookkeeping experience, minimum 1 year  (preferably QuickBooks)

-Confident communication that is poised, courteous, friendly (written and verbal)  

-Displays active listening, critical thinking, and excellent time management 

-Organized and detailed with speed and accuracy 

-Ability to work well with others and be a solid team player 

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and 10-key
