Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: 
Read blending orders and collect necessary raw materials, ensuring accurate weighing and measuring. Operate machines to mix or blend materials according to prescribed times and temperatures. Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient, and consistent operation. Document and assign lot and batch numbers as per the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain proper labeling, storage, and inventory of materials. Regularly clean and maintain equipment for optimal functionality. Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need replenishing. Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report issues to supervisors. Retrieve materials from the warehouse, ensuring accurate quantities and details. Distribute materials and supplies based on requisitions. Work to minimize waste by effectively utilizing raw materials and products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Accurately document materials, quantities, and trace numbers as per QMS requirements. Requisition materials from the purchasing department based on inventory needs and demand.
