Duties & Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues efficiently

Resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotions

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
