Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bedliner Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bedliners, vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in using various tools and equipment. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.
Duties
- Spray Bedliners
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work meets dealership standards.
- Utilize power tools and equipment effectively for various tasks, including auto glass replacement and painting.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs and repair processes.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during the maintenance and repair processes.
- Apply airless paint spraying techniques for vehicle painting projects, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Execute buffing tasks to enhance the appearance of vehicles post-repair or maintenance.
Experience
- Spraying bedliners is a must
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices in an automotive setting.
- Experience with power tools, auto glass installation, heavy lifting, auto painting, airless paint spraying, and buffing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
