Job Title: Apprentice Electrician

Job Description: As an Apprentice Electrician you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed journeyman electrician. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of electrical tasks, from installations to repairs and maintenance, while gaining valuable on-the-job training and knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Help troubleshoot electrical issues and assist with diagnosing electrical problems.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is compliant with electrical codes and regulations.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, carrying materials, and cleaning work areas.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the electrical trade.
• Complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Observe and adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and local electrical codes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine interest in learning the electrical trade.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn from experienced electricians.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on job sites.
