NOW HIRING – Retail Data Analyst

The Woodlands, TX

$28.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, margins, pricing, and SKU performance

• Identify opportunities to improve profitability

• Build reports and evaluate promotions and pricing strategies

• Monitor competitors and market trends

• Support assortment planning and SKU rationalization

• Manage projects across merchandising, suppliers, IT, and operations

• Present recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, complex formulas)

• Large dataset analysis and actionable insights

• Sales, margin, and trend analysis

• Reporting, tables, and graphs

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Project management and ability to coordinate across departments
