NOW HIRING – ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR
Location: The Woodlands, TX
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have accounting and administrative experience, strong communication skills, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Assist the accounting team with maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process accounts payable and receivables
Assist with payroll processing, including expense reports and per diem
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports
Job costing, invoicing, and billing support
Assist with preparation of financial statements and bid packages
Pull permits and organize project-related paperwork
Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and clients as needed
Provide administrative support to the accounting team
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Pro required
Accounting and administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
