Job Description

Position: Receptionist + Accounting/Inventory Control

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Schedule: Part-Time (20 hrs/week to start — potential full-time!)

Pay: $25.00/hour

We're growing and looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to join us! This hybrid role blends front-desk duties with accounting and inventory support. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants room to grow.

What You’ll Do:

Greet visitors & handle front-desk responsibilities

Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries

Support accounts payable tasks

Help maintain accurate inventory control

Keep records organized and up to date

Provide general administrative support

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Inventory control knowledge strongly preferred

Great communication & organizational skills

Comfortable with accounting/ERP software

Reliable, positive attitude, and detail-focused
