Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Conroe, TX
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-Time Position

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Conroe! If you enjoy helping people, answering phones, and working on the computer — this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide customer service support in both English and Spanish
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and account information
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
Utilize computer systems and office software efficiently
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Customer service experience preferred
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and punctual
