Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Conroe, TX

Schedule: AM Shift

Pay: $18/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives and management

Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines

Answer phones, manage emails, and coordinate schedules

Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Ability to handle stress and work under pressure

Thick-skinned with a positive, professional attitude

Well-mannered, polished, and dependable

Prior administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
