NOW HIRING: Financial Operations Associate
Conroe, TX
Industry: Financial Services
Pay: $18–$22/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time

We’re seeking a Financial Operations Associate with investment/retirement account experience — ideal for someone who has worked as an assistant to a Financial Advisor and understands industry terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations
Support financial advisors & assist with client needs
Maintain compliance with industry regulations
Identify process improvements for efficiency
‍ Provide admin leadership & staff support

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years in office/financial operations
Knowledge of retirement accounts & financial terminology
Strong organizational & communication skills
Series 7 & 66 licenses a plus (not required)
