Location: Conroe, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Based on Experience (Starting at Minimum)
Assignment Length: 2–3 Weeks
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Temporary Advanced QuickBooks Specialist for a short-term assignment in Conroe, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks skills who can quickly step in and manage key accounting functions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage A/P, A/R, and general bookkeeping in QuickBooks

Process payroll and generate financial reports

Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data

Perform additional clerical and support tasks as needed
Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is required
