Key Responsibilities 
Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional attitude 
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails 
Perform high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes) with speed and accuracy 
Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets 
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings 
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries 
Order and track office supplies 
Assist with filing, scanning, and document preparation 
Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming 
Follow confidentiality, company policies, and data security standards 
Qualifications & Requirements 
High school diploma or equivalent 
Proven experience with high-speed data entry Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail 
Front office or administrative experience preferred 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
