Administrative Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support executive leadership, manage procurement functions, and oversee quality assurance efforts. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, financial tracking, policy compliance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders, verify invoices, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Deputy CEO, including scheduling and communications.
- Assist in policy development and operational improvements.
- Conduct on-site quality assurance reviews and staff evaluations.
- Serve as backup for receptionist duties, travel training, and route driving as needed.
- Maintain regulatory compliance (FTA, ADA, Title VI, etc.).
- Reconcile fare revenue and operator timesheets.
- Address customer concerns and support service improvements.
- Participate in emergency response duties when required.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
- 5+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; 40 WPM typing speed.
- Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
