We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven administrative coordinator to join our team. As the Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our staffing team — handling everything from onboarding paperwork and compliance tracking to scheduling and front-office support. Your organizational superpowers help keep candidates moving, recruiters focused, and clients impressed.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide front-office coverage as needed
- Assist jobseekers in navigating the application process
- Support recruiters with candidate onboarding, background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure documentation compliance
- Assist with job postings and candidate communications
- Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and support payroll or timesheet collection
- Jump in where needed to keep the team on track and the process flowing

Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (staffing or HR experience a plus)
- Familiarity with onboarding processes, employment documentation, and office support
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Bilingual a plus (but not required)
