Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant for a position in Snook, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth office management. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing customer service and supporting daily administrative functions

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with a professional demeanor.
Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Verify invoices, ensure materials were received, assist with timekeeping and payroll
Maintain confidentiality of information and uphold professional relationships with customers, employees, and supervisors.
Assist in creating documents, prepare for board meeting, gather information for reports
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Five years increasingly responsible secretarial experience.
Must be able to type at minimum 40 words per minute.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
